All customers must provide a resale number with their order. As a wholesale-only website, it is important that we ensure that those who are purchasing from us are wholesale customers. Qualified wholesale customers must own or represent a registered or licensed business. This is done so that all our customers can be assured that they can add their markup to the items they purchase from us and feel confident that the product is priced right for the retail/off-price market. A resell number is not required on international orders. All order outside of the U.S. should use "International" as the resell number.

Vani.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Return Policy
Your shopping experience at Vaninyhandbag.com is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. Notify our Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of your order for any claims or adjustments. Returns are accepted with authorization only. Wholesale Vani Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return. Clearance items, Super Blow-Out Sale items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable. Items that are to be returned must be in its original shape, free of any defects, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. Please not that you must first email us for a return authorization number.
Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product as well as to make sure it is free of any defects. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail within three days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claims for damages or defects after the three day period is over.
Return/Cancellation
20% will apply to customer for any cancellation.
Returns, excluding manufacturing defects and errors in shipping, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns has to make within 14 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
Please send an email to "vaniorder@gmail.com". Just put "Return" in the subject box. Include your name as it appears on the order, a contact phone number where you can be reached, the item number you would like to return and the Order number. A representative will contact you with the proper instructions and address for returning a product.

Your credit card will be charged total amount of merchandise for us to process this order. Shipping will charge to credit card once your order is shipped. At this point your shipping total will be calculated. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.

Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped via UPS and is subject to UPS standards and regulations and delivery limitations. vaninyhandbags.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 2 days of purchase.
NOTE: delivery to remote areas may take longer than the usual 3-5 days.
Shipping Charges:
All order will ship by UPS. Shipping charges on orders are estimates. We will charge you actual shipping and inform you of the actual shipping charges
